You can start instant meetings from your Cisco Webex site using the Meet Now command or in your Outlook Desktop Client. Need to hold a meeting now? The Meet Now command is a simple way to start instant meetings. When you get prompted to add your primary email, do so and follow the login prompts. Select Webex Meeting and follow the installation steps. (we are working on getting this download on our installation directions). Click restart when that is done then go download Webex Meetings application from. Go to Finder, type in Application find Webex folder and click on uninstall Webex Meetings. You do need to delete from the Mac the old Webex Meeting application. I need information on which companies need this urgently so I can strengthen my business case for it.
Hi All, We are trying to finalize our plans for the WebEx Productivity Tool to support Mac Outlook 2016. Issue: Webex Meeting icon no longer works in Outlook on the Mac version 16.23 and higher.įrom the Cisco product team, 'Cisco WebEx doesn't have a committed timeframe for delivery of MAC Outlook 2016 support, our target is to have it when Microsoft has their official release of MAC Office 2016.' Stay tuned to this thread, and we'll post an update when it becomes available. As of March 20th, 2019 there is a fix for this issue.
