But only M1 Macs get to take advantage of certain new features. It will bring deeper integration between Apple devices (especially Mac and iPad) and system-wide enhancements to Safari, FaceTime, Notes, and Maps. Apple's new operating system, macOS Monterey, is compatible with both Intel and M1 Macs.
